Dave from Emergency Drains is excellent. Very helpful and informative. He has great equipment for it and he was able to gather the footage/photos with the camera snake and show me live and explain what was going on down there which was v much appreciated. Easily and promptly sorted out the issue and then even offered to give the concrete a quick gurney spray after with the pressure hose ha! Looked great. Very professional and all round excellent bloke too. On time and sent a text saying how far away he was which was def super cool. Also very reasonably priced and upfront. I used Sharpline for an old toilet with bad pipes and called as a matter of urgency. Chad from Sharpline was very punctual, great communication, so friendly and incredibly professional. David was a lovely gentleman who was prompt and efficient in unclogging the drains. I was informed when he was on his way and sent a link to track his location so I knew exactly when he would arrive.
