Dave from Emergency Drains is excellent. Very helpful and informative. He has great equipment for it and he was able to gather the footage/photos with the camera snake and show me live and explain what was going on down there which was v much appreciated. Easily and promptly sorted out the issue and then even offered to give the concrete a quick gurney spray after with the pressure hose ha! Looked great. Very professional and all round excellent bloke too. On time and sent a text saying how far away he was which was def super cool. Also very reasonably priced and upfront. Highly recommended! ~ Tony M
Dave is awesome! Super responsive, helpful and really knows his stuff. Came out to our blocked bathroom drain, showed us the view and explained everything. Ours was a quick job and easy fix - he didn’t try and blow it up into a major job/big costs. Highly recommended and would gladly use again. If only all tradies were like Dave. ~ H D
